What Matters to Associations in 2026: Highland’s 3rd Annual YPMI National Report and Career Partnership for Young Professionals
Tuesday, October 27th | 12 PM ET
With limited time and resources, you need to focus on what truly drives impact with young professionals, your most critical member segment. Drawing on insights from Highland's 2026 YPMI National Report, this webinar highlights four actions that matter most right now.
You’ll learn where associations are seeing results, what young professionals are seeking, and how to concentrate your efforts to strengthen engagement, boost retention, and unlock new revenue opportunities. New for this year, the report looks at where the AI Horizon Profile places associations across three horizons of AI maturity.

- Design for value. Build member experiences that meet young professionals' functional, social, and emotional needs, using personalization and responsible AI.
- Become a career partner. Move beyond compliance-driven education toward social, peer-to-peer learning that connects young professionals to community and keeps them engaged.
- Build for how members live. Assess their digital and AI maturity and plan the mobile-first infrastructure that makes community and learning easy to reach.
